Summary:

The Responsible for the operations and management of the Spare Parts & Wear Parts.   Align and manage organization to achieve growth and implement defined strategies. Help to unify the Inside Sales organization and make processes more efficient.  The Inside Sales Manager will work with the Spare Parts Manager to drive profitable growth in the Spare Parts Business Case, managing pricing and gross margins.  Inside Sales Manager will work with Webshop Manager to grow our Webshop business and streamline internal processes. 

Responsibilities:

• Management of Inside Sales Representatives, connecting employees to a share vision with clear priorities.

·    Foster training and development of direct reports through feedback and coaching.

·    Work within team and other groups to optimize and speed up processes.

·    Work with KPI’s to drive business result and communicating business developments and results.

• Drive after-market business by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer needs are met.

Requirements:

• B.S./B.A. or equivalent in work experience and education
• Excellent customer relations skills
• SAP knowledge
• Knowledge of Incoterms
• Experience in the business of parts and wear parts supplier.
• Proficient in Windows based programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Paper industry experience a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Employees in this position are regularly required to walk, stand and use hands to finger, handle or feel. They are frequently required to reach with hands and arms. They are occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear and regularly required to lift 10 pounds and occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds. Safety glasses, hearing protection and other PPE are required in designated areas.
