Daily Work:

• Responsible for safety, make sure zero accident in daily work. 部门零安全事故
• Follow up IMS, be responsible for carrying out actions on IMS policy领会推广IMS，并贯彻实施各项要求
• Other common responsibility and other responsiblity listed in HSE WI.履行HSE职责里规定的部门一般职责和维修部职责
• Paper work including ISO documentation and PM documentation collection. 负责部门ISO档案管理工作以及日常预防性保养的报告整理
• Equipment malfunction analysis and kaizen implementation. 设备故障原因分析以及改善方案设计
• Coordinate with OEM supplier to support diagnostic work remotely. 与设备供应商联系并远程诊断设备故障
• Create SOP for key maintenance process. 关键维修工作指导书的建立
• Responble for internal coordination to achieve high efficiency productiont. 内部合作，提高生产效率
• Keep improvement on preventive maintenance, achieve higher equipment utility. 持续改进预防性保养，提高设备使用率
• Follow up IMS system, implement all IMS actions。深刻了解IMS系统，并有效实施IMS相关措施政策
• Other tasks assigned by senior management. 上级分配的其他任务。

Requirements:

• Electrical mechanical engineering
• 3 years of electrical maintenance experience
