Responsibilities:

HSE 安全

• Follow company ‘ HSE  discipline ，wear  PPE rightly.
• 遵守公司HSE制度，正确使用PPE，
• Operate  crane  &  forklift  with  certificate
• 持证操作行车/叉车
• Identify and report environmental aspects and safety hazards in own department
• 识别本工段危险源和环境因素，并及时汇报
• Study and  follow  SOP to Operating machine
  Execute执行

• 学习并按照SOP操作生产设备
• Follow Employee Behavior Discipline  & company ‘ relative  discipline
•  遵守员工行为准则和公司相关规章制度
• Manufacture according to production plan
•  按生产计划生产相应订单
• Co-ordinate with supervisor for emergency arrangement.
  配合主管进行紧急事件安排
• Coorperation with other department according to supervisor’s instruction
  按主管要求与其他部门协调合作
  Maintenance/5S 设备 /5S

• Implement shift  Daily maintenance and 5S
  执行设备日常维护及保养，做好日常5S。
• Being keep knowing and master the working condition of the machine, update the technical parameters in time, ensure the machine can operate well.
  时刻了解和掌握预刺机台的工作状况，对各机台的技术参数及时更新，确保机台正常运行。
• Follow and put the maintenance schedule for the key components of the machine into practice.
  跟踪并落实预刺机台的重要部件的保养计划。
• Check the working condition for each assistance parts, complete daily maintenance and repair.
• 检查各辅助机件的工作情况，做好日常维护和维修。
• Maintain production evrionment cleaning
• 保持生产环境整洁
• Requirements:

• Technical secondary school中专
• Prior experience is the manufacturing, industrial services company more than 1year主要在制造，工业类公司服务超过1年
