Responsibilities:
- Ensure HSE regulation and discipline strictly followed in production area
- Protect our know-how and equipment and care for the people employed by VPFC Production, avoid any hazards both for people and the environment in accordance with local law and regulations, as well as follow VP FRS HSE directives (SOP) and instructions
- Follow monthly preventive maintenance plan to do PM of the responsible machine to maximize the machine utilization.
- Collect the information of the spare parts requirment to the spare parts specilist, tracking part purchase.
- Asistant to Statistic the maintenance point monthly and give the solution
- Collect the trouble shooting of each shift, analisis the root cause.
- Good communication with other maitenance teams, to ensure the machine problem solved, and shift turnover, reduce the UPM.
- Control maintenance quality, to improve the one time repair pass rate.
- Maintain and inspect responsible machine 5S, plan to improve them.
- Maintain good reporting according to company set up. (maintenance root cause analysis, spare parts consumption report)
- Fill in the daily maintenance request list, prevent record
- Ready and willing to take additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by your supervisor.
- HSE management responsibilities according to VFK-HSE-MM & VFK-HSE-PI
Requirements:
- At least 5 years‘ related working experience in manufacturing environment;
- College degree, major in Electrical mechanical engineering, ect.
- Electrical certification
- Know automatic control, PLC
- Familiar the Loom mechanical structure
- Familiar with hydraulic control
