Responsibilities:

• Execute the Automation engineering tasks of Paper machine and related process areas; Including hardware and software engineering.
• Execute SAT, FAT to ensure quality of the deliverables.
• Taking part in site commissioning and startup;
• Responsible for the delivered products and systems are engineered to the customer contract and that cost, schedule and quality expectations are met.
• Proactive involve in resolving technical non-conformances so that the end customer is satisfied with the end technical deliverable.
• Identify and document technical risks and escalate issues as appropriate to the leader engineer and the project management team so that Voith is not exposed to unusual risk or liability.
• Technical communication with the customer including being able to communicate technical concepts and status to the customer during project execution.  Active in negotiating appropriate technical solutions to problems that arise during project execution.
• Provide honest feedback into the lessons learned process to support the leader engineering in continuous improvement objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Automation engineering or Electrical Engineering;
• Above 2 Years progressive experience in Automation Engineering or services is preferred;
• Work experience in paper industrial is a plus;
• Willing to travel;
• Good language skill of English
• Proficiency with MS-office software;
• Teamwork spirit, relates well to people at all levels.
• Easily establishes good relationships with internal and external customers and sub supplier.
• Creative thinking skills
• Effective multitasker
• Experience on engineering software such as CAD, COMOS, SAP and automation platform like Siemens PCS7 & WinCC, STEP7... is preferred;
