Responsibility:

1. Before project start, be responsible for communication including internal （CS and Sales ）and external (Customers) and related department, collect project necessary information, pre-estimate cost of project and develop project technical proposal.

2. After project start, follow the project status, supervise the quality of project, and trouble shooting for the project during the project, raise the materials purchasing request as well.

3. Measure the dimension of the spare parts and develop/design the process tooling/fixture if needed, make AutoCAD 2D drawings for the spare parts and tooling/fixture accordingly.

4. Communicate the progress and quality issues of the project with customer, sales, purchasing and related departments.

5. Handle the related paper-works, such as inspection report, process mapping and parameter confirmation, archive above documents accordingly.

6. Lead about 5 members production team, arrange their daily production schedule and provide technical advice for the team.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree, majored in mechanical or related area. Hold CET-4 certificate and good at English reading and writing.

2. Good AutoCAD skill and office software skill & JDE\SAP operation experience.

3. With good knowledge on metal material and machining process methods., Good sense on Vibration, bearing, seal, assembly, etc.

4. Good communication skill and teamwork.

工作职责：

1. 项目开始前，负责与客户、销售以及公司相关部门进行沟通，对项目进行信息收集，对项目进行成本预估，并且制定初步工艺路线。

2. 项目开始后，跟踪项目进度，监控项目质量，解决相关问题，准备相应的物料采购。

3. 测量所需备件，开发设计所需工装夹具。绘制备件以及工装夹具的2D图纸进行自制或者外购。

4. 项目过程中，与客户、销售、采购、品控等部门就项目进度或者质量问题进行各种形式的沟通。

5. 对所负责项目进行各种文档处理，如制作检验报告、技术参数确认、工艺文件制作以及上述文件的归档。

6. 领导大约5人左右的生产团队，对团队成员的日常工作进行安排，遇到的技术问题进行指导。

任职资格；

1. 本科学历，机械或者相关专业；英语4级，具有良好的英语读写能力；

2. 熟练掌握AutoCAD以及办公室软件操作技能，有JDE，SAP系统操作经验；

3. 具有良好的机械材料、机械加工经验/认知，对振动，轴承，密封，装配等具有良好的感知能力。

4. 良好的沟通技能和团队合作精神。
