Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for front line service sales directly in assigned area; and Identify, define, support for product and service marketing activities (e.g. fairs) for POG market; Generate local service contracts and lead pricing negotiation
  • To sell POG service products (including spare parts, spare unit, Maintenance Repair Operations, retrofit & upgrading, training & technical service) and to develop the Non-VOITH products business plan and actions,
  • To actively and regularly visit POG end-user, OEM, and to Develop and reinforce partnership with Key end-user and customer headquarter, and also third party
  • To support to work out the solution for Service to customer including Assist Field Service Management and Technical support (internal and external) for POG market; and To support to improve the service capability in China Lotus workshop
  • To assist to develop the strategy and execute the POG Service Sales Strategy and to reach the sales goals;
  • Project follow-up (Project List) and Recognize new product and service opportunities - input to and from BD and Service.
  • Work closely with new business sales team and project management to keep improving customer satisfaction.
  • Team up with the support from German HQ
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Generate demand (market pull) of products ( new units ) for INDUSTRY customers
  • POG other service assignment
  • Responsible for the safety management of this department;
  • Implement company & department’s quality policy and goals;

Requirements:

  • College degree or above, major in Mechanical engineering or rotating machinery on Pump / Compressor
  • 10 years working experience, and 5 years aftermarket working experience in Power or Oil & Gas industry
  • Skilled in Power, Oil & Gas, and familiar with end-users in the market
  • Knowledge of Salesforces is a plus
  • Frequent travelling
  • Acceptable on site job
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • With hands-on skill and independent working ability
  • Basic knowledge of I&C and PC
