Responsibities:
- Manage VEDS products portfolio for Chinese customers in close cooperation with Global Product Management, Application Engineering, Sales， Engineering and etc. 通过与全球产品管理，应用工程部，销售和工程技术等部门的紧密合作，为中国客户策划和管理电驱动产品组合。
- Get Chinese customers‘ needs of new products or new application features for VEDS, together with sales and application engineers. Coordinate and complete the technical feasibility study and action plan. Manage the project.与销售和应用工程师一起获得中国客户对VEDS的新产品或新的应用特性的需求，组织完成技术可行性研究和行动计划，并按照需求进行项目管理。
- Jointly define and implement VEDS market promotion and localization strategies to meet the China market request regarding performance, cost, delivery, and so on. 参与制定和实施电驱动产品市场推广和国产化策略，以满足国内市场对性能、成本、交货期等的要求。
- Drive VEDS related topics discussion and implement internally, such as performance optimiztion, DtC, supplier change, etc. 推动电驱动产品相关主题的内部讨论和实施，如性能优化，DtC，供应商变更等。
- Manage and follow up the application request of changes internally, as agreed with OEMs and partners. 根据OEM客户和合作公司、部门的要求，管理和跟踪内部变更申请。
- Know and understand the complete global VEDS strategy and products range of VOITH worldwide. 知道并了解福伊特全球电驱动产品策略及产品系列。
- To know the bench mark of competitor’s products.了解，对标竞争对手产品。
- To be familiar with the Commercial Vehicle technology development. Give the input for products development direction to management.熟悉商用车技术发展，向管理层提供产品开发的建议。
- Good communication with internal and external contactors.与内外部联系人有良好的沟通。
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above with automotive related major
- >7 years electrical drive experience in automotive industry
- Project management experience and knowledge
- Working experience of product design or application engineering is prefer.
- Fluent English in writing and speaking
- Familiar with project mangement tools
- Effective communicator
- Work experience in global organisations
