Responsibilities:

  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">Responsible for front line service sales directly in assigned area; and Identify, define, support for product and service marketing activities (e.g. fairs) for POG market; Generate local service contracts and lead pricing negotiation
  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">To sell POG service products (including spare parts, spare unit, MRO, retrofit & upgrading, training & technical service) and to develop the Non-VOITH products business plan and actions,
  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">To actively and regularly visit POG end-user, OEM, and to Develop and reinforce partnership with Key end-user and customer headquarter, and also third party
  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">To support to work out the solution for Service to customer including Assist Field Service Management and Technical support (internal and external) for POG market; and To support to improve the service capability in China Lotus workshop
  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">To assist to develop the strategy and execute the POG Service Sales Strategy and to reach the sales goals;
  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">Project follow-up (Project List) and Recognize new product and service opportunities - input to and from BD and Service.
  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">Work closely with new business sales team and project management to keep improving customer satisfaction.
  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">Team up with the support from German HQ
  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">Generate demand (market pull) of products ( new units ) for INDUSTRY customers
  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lt="" pro="">POG other service assignment

<span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lt="" pro="">Requirements:

 

  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical engineering or Mechatronics
  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">3+ years working experience on rotating machinery on Pump / Compressor, <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">in Power or Oil & Gas industry <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">is preferred
  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">Skilled in Power, Oil & Gas, and familiar with end-users in the market
  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">Good English skills  both in written and spoken
  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">With hands-on skill and independent working ability
  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lt="" pro="">Basic knowledge of I&C and PC
  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">Knowledge of Salesforces is a plus
  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lang="EN-US" lt="" pro="">Frequent travelling
  • <span 45="" helveticaneuelt="" lt="" pro="">Acceptable on site job
