Responsibilities:

Responsible for new project development and serial production process control 负责项目前期开发和量产生产过程控制

- New Project development 新项目开发

As a member of project team, represent and coordinate the quality function in the team and also assure the project is developed following Voith PDP process 作为项目团队的成员，负责协调项目开发过程中涉及到的质量职能，并确保项目按照公司流程来进行开发

Define project Quality target, quality planning including quality plan, control plan and requalification plan etc. 定义项目质量目标和项目质量策划包括质量计划，控制计划以及验证计划等

Conduct internal Process audit, PPAP audit and company with PJM to complete customer PPAP audit主导内部过程评审和PPAP审核，配合项目经理完成客户的PPAP审核

Support the PJM for customer audit and action following up during project development phase在项目开发阶段支持客户审核以及问题改善项跟踪

Submit the PPAP Documents to customer and follow till approval 提交PPAP文件给客户进行批准

-Serial Production 量产阶段

Responsible for assigned production line for process quality management 负责指定生产线的过程质量管理

Work with cross function team to handle NCR and blocked material 及时处理NCR以及由于过程质量问题产生的呆滞物料

Carry out collection and analysis of all process related Quality KPI & actions following up and improvement; 收集和分析过程相关的质量指标并进行改善提升

Prepare the control plan and inspection instruction for the production line, define assembly record and routine test report for related products 负责生产线的控制计划和检验指导书， 为相关产品指定装配记录及测试报告

Lead customer audit for product and process related，internal process audit负责产品和工艺相关的客户审核

Lead 8D process implementation in organization负责组织内部8D流程的执行

Following and execute the other task from line manager跟进并执行直线经理的其他任务安排

Requirements:

Bachelor degree with major mechanical background本科学历，机械相关专业背景

Be familiar with Auto industry quality standard and 5 tools. 熟悉汽车行业质量标准以及5大工具

5+ years of experience in advanced project quality planning and serial process quality management experience 拥有5年及以上项目前期质量策划以及过程质量管理经验

Be familiar with quality analysis tools and project management熟悉质量分析工具和项目管理

Good English skills英语听说读写流利

Problem solving with 8D， FTA and other quality tools能够使用8D，FTA和其他质量工具来分析和解决质量问题

Have clear quality system management experience and be familiar to product realization process and previous poka-yoke experience will be preferred具备质量体系管理经验，熟悉产品实现流程和poka-yoke者优先

Have strong communication skill and leadership capability in cross –function team具备出色的沟通技巧和跨部门合作能力

Have professional problem-solving capability to resolve all finding具备专业的问题发现和解决能力

Good execution and implementation良好的执行力
