Responsibilities:

Manage the change process and configuration according to the change process.

Organize change request review meetings to assess the impact of the change, consider risks and opportunities, and validate assessment measures to avoid adverse impacts of the change.

Monitor the effectiveness of change implementation, timely configuration updates and releases, completeness of closure evidence, and achievement of change KPIs

按照变更流程对变更过程和配置进行管理。组织变更申请评审会议，评估变更的影响，考虑风险和机会，验证评估措施以避免变更带来的不利影响。监控变更执行的有效性、配置及时更新和发布、关闭证据的完整性以及变更KPI的达成。

Manage drawings and BOMs in the system and carry out controlled issuance, registration and retrieval of drawings and BOMs

系统中管理图纸和BOM，并对图纸和BOM进行受控发放、登记、回收；

Collecting and organizing technical documents and archiving them, as well as uploading different

document systems according to different documents, and managing external documents and standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree 本科学历

Have two years or more change management experience 2年及以上变更管理经验

Mechanical background with basic drawing skills机械专业背景，具备基本识图能力

Automotive industry preferred汽车行业优先

Experience in rail or automotive industry preferred, familiar with quality systems e.g. ISO9001, 熟悉IATF16949, ISO9001, 及汽车行业相关经验者优先，熟悉质量体系

Language: English CET-4, proficient in English, especially reading and writing skills § Good at communication

IT Skill: Basic knowledge and application of MS-Office
