For the Voith Hydro, Master Scheduling department, we are looking for:

Intern, SPEC Project

Responsibilities –


  • Key accountable interface with Integrated Planning team to ensure project deliverables are prepared, maintained and launched according to requirements
  • Monitor and evaluate project cost structure, ensuring that actuals are charged to the correct WBS elements.
  • Gain hands on experience with data collection and analysis for live production processes and develop standard operating procedures.
  • Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
  • Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people and organizations to act
  • Create meaningful analysis and reporting in support of our businesses. Coordinate with partners across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, creation, oversight, coordination, clean-up, testing and documentation
  • Review business processes for improved efficiencies and create flowcharts.
  • Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner
  • Ability to work independently, with strong work ethic and adherence to deadlines
  • Transfer and maintenance of data in all necessary system, like SAP, Primavera, LMS, Qlik Sense and other databases.
  • Regularly maintain systems to ensure quality of data. Involve all the areas needed to monitor and perform on time confirmation and provide status of project related activities
  • Escalate critical issues to the Head of Integrated Planning and associated team
  • Support Integrated Planning with reports, presentations and meetings related to initiatives and performance
  • Develop your leadership style, leveraging your own passions, strengths, and personal values


Qualifications –


  • Excellent analytical and organization skill
  • Excellent interaction and communication skills
  • Solid language skills in English
  • Team player, effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Must have demonstrated successful experience and proactivity
  • Has a strong understanding or interest in measurement, analytics, and data
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint – preferably with an eye towards presentation design
