1. Contract Review for Quality Risk质量风险合同审核
Review the contract content and terms to identify the deviation and risk based on Voith Hydro quality standards and specification, prepare Review Report Sheet and send to project manager.
审核合同内容和条款,以确定基于福伊特水电的质量标准和规范的偏差和风险,准备审核报告表并发送至项目经理。

2. Preparation for Project ITP and Follow-up准备项目ITP和跟进
Prepare Inspection and Test Plan for the project based on OTO ITP and contract requirement, keep update and follow-up with the feedback from customer.
基于 OTO ITP和合同要求准备检验和试验计划,不断更新以及跟进客户的反馈。

3. Preparation for Purchasing Parts ITP and Follow-up准备外购件ITP和跟进
Prepare Inspection and Test Plan for the purchasing parts based on project ITP and OTC drawing requirement, keep update and follow-up with the feedback from suppliers.
根据项目ITP和OTC图纸要求准备采购零部件的检验和试验计划,不断更新和跟进供应商的反馈意见。

4. Review Drawing and Routings图纸和工艺评审
Review drawing and routings focus on quality requirement; give feedback to design engineering and manufacturing engineering and gain alignment in the kick-off meeting.
审查图纸和工艺注重质量的要求,反馈给设计工程师和工艺工程师,并在启动会议上取得一致。

5. Support Supplier Audit支持供应商审核
Involve in Supplier Audit major in quality inspection and document as well as quality control.
参与供应商审核,重点关注质量检验和质量文件以及质量控制。

6. Supplier Manufacture Procedure Review供应商的制造工艺审核
Review supplier manufacture procedure major supplier’s copper wire, laminations, forging process, heat treatment procedure, coupon layout, and supplier’s ITP, etc. Follow-up and make sure the supplier correct deviation.
审核供应商的制造工艺包括主要供应商的铜线、冲片、锻造工艺、热处理工艺、试块分布图以及供应商的ITP等。跟进和确保供应商纠正偏差。

7. Project Quality Management项目质量管理
For In-house product, monitor the quality during manufacturing process and implement process quality control; For purchasing parts, based on VHS SOP 604, performing quality report/record review, material retesting, Source/Incoming Inspection Status release, give UD and quality score, and result feedback etc. 
对于车间制造的产品,监督制造流程和实施过程的质量控制;对于外购件,基于VHS SOP604,完成质量报告/记录审核,材料复检,发布《源地/进货检验状态》,给出UD和质量打分,并给予反馈等。

8. Prepare Check Sheet准备检查表
According to approved drawing and routing, prepare check sheet for dimension, painting, final assembly and electrical test, etc. 
根据批准的图纸和工艺,准备尺寸、油漆、完工装配和电气试验等的检查表。

9. Change Notification Follow-up变更通知跟进
According to VHS SOP 602, check and follow-up the Change Notification status and ensure the Change Notification closed before the components delivery, organize specific meeting for complexities and complete 8D report for major components.
根据VHS SOP 602,检查及跟进变更通知状态,确保零部件交付之前完成变更通知。针对关键部件,因其复杂性应组织规定的会议并完成8D报告。

10. Prepare and Complete Quality Data Book准备和完成质量证明书
According to VHS SOP 607, prepare and complete the Quality Data Book in one month after the components delivery. 
根据VHS SOP607,在部件交付后的一个月内准备和完成质量证明书。

11. Coordinate and Lead FAT协调和主导最终客户验收
Prepare the related documents (Quality Data Book, FAT agenda) before FAT, coordinate with other related functions, lead FAT process and complete Inspection Visit and Feedback Questionnaire
FAT之前准备好相关文件(质量证明书,FAT议程),与其他相关部门协调,主导FAT进程,并完成检验访问和反馈问卷。

3. Analytic Skills 分析技巧
Use analytical data and well-founded information as a basis for any decision and be able to handle complex information with the ability to structure, interpret, act and solve complex situations, sees the connections, the causes and effects on the system and solve problems in a pragmatic way. Specifically it is to find the root causes by using data and information, e.g. preparing a completed 8D report.
使用分析的数据和找到的信息作为基础来做决策,并具备结构性思维,理解和解决并处理复杂的信息与情形的能力,能系统地看到事物之间的链接,根本原因和影响,并务实地解决问题 。具体而言是通过使用数据和信息来查找根源,例如准备一个完整的8D报告。

4. Execution 执行力
Focus on outcomes and achievements, keep an eye to the team goals, concentrate on achieving a purpose, rather than being distracted by other matters. No excuses for any delays or low quality results and being reliable. Specifically it is to deliver the result with required quality and timeline, e.g. Focusing on solution for FAT instead of complain each other.
注重结果和成就,着眼于团队目标,集中精力实现目标,而不是被其他事务干扰。 不找任何借口拖延或对低质量的结果,成为可靠的人。具体而言是根据要求的质量和时间产出结果,例如,注重FAT的解决方案,而不是抱怨他人。
