Your tasks

• Shape the development and commercialisation of our hydraulic servo drives for various industries.
• Conduct and evaluate market analyses as well as preparing business plans (including sales forecasts) to develop future and sustainable growth areas.
• Develop these requirements with the help of strategic tools and take equal account of technical product characteristics, the business model as well as competitor and customer groups. 
• Develop and communicate a go-to-market plan and control its implementation and execution with the support of the marketing department and the sales regions.
• Prepare and present strategic decision papers within the product life cycle to senior management.
• Develop and calculate business cases and evaluate the KPIs, such as product profitability.
• Create the product positioning, market messaging and sales arguments for the target segments and communicate them to support marketing and sales.

Your profile

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in product management or similar functions; experience in fluid technology is an advantage.
• Analytical and strategic way of thinking, teamwork and independent way of working.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
