Core responsibilities                                             

Small Hydro Marketing and BD (10%)

  • Collect Small Hydro(SH) market info and customer SH demands as well as competitors information, in order to feedback to company market and BD dept for market analysis and developing product portfolio.

 Small Hydro Customer Relationship Management(CRM) and Sales (70%)

  • Address SH customers, maintain and develop customer relationship
  • Setup close connection with hydro power design institute(DI)
  • Promote SH portfolio/solutions to customers/DI, influence customers/DI to accept our proposal
  • Set up right sales strategies and approaches to follow each project opportunity
  • Lead, follow up and manage the addressed project opportunities in line with the company requirements of processes and tools
  • Collect customer tender documents, prepare the bid documents accordingly, negotiate and sign contracts with the supports from the associated departments
  • Lead HyService project Offer To Order (OTO) engineering, cost collection / optimisation and price making.
  • Negotiate and sign contracts with customer
  • Handover contracts/projects to project manager with all the related project documents properly
  • Lead customer product issues handling including general consulting, quality issue solving, and accident handling etc.

Routine sales job (20%)

  • Maintain customer and project info properly and on time
  • Follow internal processes strictly, and use all the required tools properly
  • Follow, update and report projects info to line manager
  • Coordinate with SH stakeholders/resources for orders winning

Professional Experience & Education                       

  •  Education:

    Mechanical engineering education background, College degree required; advanced degree in engineering preferred.

     

  • Work Experience:
  • 3+ year sales experience in small Hydro is preferred.

Specific  skills & Knowledge (Ex: Language, IT skills)               

  • Be familiar with Hydro Power industry
  • English: Fluent, CET-4+
  • Selling/communication/negotiation skills
  • Problem solving
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Collaborative and be a team player
  • Knowledge of generic office working practice with computer
